Contest Brief
We want a t-shirt designed that is a black short-sleeved t-shirt with tattoo sleeves from just above the elbow to the wrist. The theme of the tattoos should be ocean inspired. For example, waves, beaches, anchors, ships, fish, pirate. It is for Boys 6-14 so should be something their parents are comfortable with them wearing, i.e. not offensive or too scary. It should look like a real forearm with tattoos. Winner will provide the artwork in vector files.
