1. Company Information:

Giraffe Grid Pty Ltd is a dynamic web hosting company that prides itself on delivering top-tier services and solutions. Our name, Giraffe Grid, encapsulates our mission to elevate our clients' web hosting experience to the highest possible level, just like how a giraffe stands tall above all.

2. Project Description:

We seek a talented graphic designer to create a unique, distinctive logo and develop a comprehensive brand identity that reflects our company's ethos. It's imperative that the design isn't AI-generated but rather, crafted with careful thought and creativity.

3. Logo Requirements:

The logo should represent the uniqueness of our company, combining the concepts of 'Giraffe' and 'Grid'. We are open to abstract or literal interpretations of this concept.
The design should work well both in color and black & white formats.
The logo needs to be scalable, working well in a variety of sizes. It should maintain its clarity both in smaller formats like business cards and larger formats such as banners.
It should be versatile enough to be used on a variety of platforms (websites, social media, print media, etc.)
We would like the final files in vector format (.ai, .eps) along with .png and .jpg.
4. Brand Identity Requirements:

Develop a color palette that complements our brand. The palette should include primary and secondary colors.
Propose a brand typography that complements the logo and overall brand aesthetic. This should include primary and secondary typefaces.
Provide a style guide detailing logo usage, color palette, typography, imagery style, and general aesthetic guidelines.
5. Preferred Style:

We are looking for a modern, clean, and minimalist style that projects trust and reliability. However, we also encourage creativity and innovation - don't let our preferences limit your artistic expression.

6. Target Audience:

Our target audience is wide, ranging from individual bloggers and small businesses to larger corporations. We want a design that appeals to a broad demographic while maintaining a professional and trustworthy feel.

7. Timeline:

We would like to have initial design concepts within two weeks from the project start date.

8. Budget:

Our budget is negotiable, depending on the designer's portfolio, experience, and proposed deliverables.
