Contest Brief

I have an open area between two rooms in my house, I want a design concept for a home gym to include:

Fixed and folding glass wall to extend the area by 1m on the long side
Flat roof design to enclose the area
Gym layout to include strength rack, bike and treadmill and weights
Large screen TV 65 inch mounted to wall
3m ceiling
Length of wall is 4.5m and width is 3m
wooden floor to be lain on existing concrete bricks,
provision for power

I want a 2D plan and a 3D plan

    Hi everyone some clarifications, the roof is to be attached to the existing building, beams can be attached on 3 sides, also it is possible to block in the French window on the side, however the window and the French window at the back must remain.     3. As it is an exterior space that is going to be covered, it would need an additional structure to place the new roof or it could simply place some steel or wooden beams on the existing walls in the event that the walls are made of brick or load-bearing wall and so set the roof, would you like me to design a completely free-standing structure for the design area or one that sits on the existing walls?

    Greetings dear, I am working on your project, I have some questions:
    1. The space for the 65-inch TV is limited because there are windows in the office and in the living room. Do the windows have to be kept as they are or can one be covered?
    2. The space in which the design is being carried out is an exterior space, so when it is covered you cannot have a completely flat roof, it has to have a fall towards one of the sides for when it rains, it seems good that this fall is towards the outside? since if it is done towards one of the other sides, a channel and a pipe would have to be placed so that the water goes down.

    Dear contest holder, what is the height of the room? It would help a lot too if you can provide more information about the size of your window and doors, the height of the window from floor too and some images of design that you like just for a reference to understand your taste better.
