Contest Brief

My company is CNC wood carving and cutout sales. I am thinking about offering custom designing in the near future. This is a startup with a CNC router that I built myself in the garage. My goal is to develop unique items that can be sold online. The majority of items will be wood but I will have the ability to carve plastics and possibly aluminum as well.

The company is called Timber Tinker. I would Like to avoid the saw blade as a background because I feel that is over used and I am doing more carving than cutting. A CNC router uses a computer generated model to carve into these materials. I am thinking possibly having the logo carved into wood as my signature for this company. I would like to be able to carve it onto every piece.

I like the ones that have a separate symbol from the name. I am not a fan of the ones that incorporate the name into the symbol. I am thinking that when I am engraving the logo onto the pieces I will only use the symbol and not spell out the name.

I am also not a fan of the circular shape. The more square or hexagonal ones seem to catch my eye better.

I am trying to rate the ones I like and remove the ones I do not to make sure everyone has an understanding of what I am looking for. Thank you all for the efforts. You are doing a great job.
