Development Corporate Identity Design template including Logo and templates containing Colors and Fonts proposals

General info:
The Logo, color and font will be used to design the website, booklet and brochure in the future. The company name is EBär, while "Bär" is the word for the animal "bear". Our strength and philosophy are high quality, strong, durable and safe products.

Challenge:
The company sells high professional bicycle parts, as well as baby care, healthcare and household articles (Over different websites and campaigns). Therefore the logo and colours should be suitable to attract two completely different types of customers: 1) extrem sport and professional bicycle riders and 2) parents of little children

What is expected:
1. Logo
2. Provision of a 2-Slide PPT and flyer example including the proposal of colours, fonts and logo. Any more marketing material proposal (e.g. booklet proposal, Email newsletter proposal) is not expected, but would be a nice plus.

I am looking forward for your proposals.

P.S. Attached you will find a first logo draft I made. I like that the "bear" is strong, but not too aggressive. I am a lousy designer, so this should only serve as an example and not restrict your creativity.

I like the logo ideas, but at the end of the contest the winner will be who can best propose me logo AND suitable color/font template that I can use for our future Corporate Identity.

Hello Designers, thanks for the first proposals. Please pay attention that the name is EBär (in German we are using a letter with two points over the "a" letter). Please further take into consideration that it is not only about the logo.
