Contest Brief

I want drawings for my proposed two-door apartment project. It will be 3 bedrooms, 2 to 3 storeys. You will need to arrange the rooms yourself and give me the best arrangement. You should have some Architechtural knowledge to do this. The building should fit on my lot. There two lots and I want the common wall to be along the central common boundary. Project location is Philippines. I need the following drawings.

1. 2 perspective views
2. Floor plans
3. Elevations from 4 sides.

but am confused with something, i think the freelancer law says, we have to submit our entries first, then if the entry is approved by the contest holder, then we can start the project.

While I started laying the plot line per coordinates provided, I found that LOT31 BLOCK17 coordinate is wrong between 1&2 please update it with (N 37° 54' E, 15M).

Hi Sir, may I ask for your preferred setbacks? The minimum setback requirements in the Philippines is 3m front, 2m rear and either sides can be used as firewall. I'm a registered architect from the Philippines btw.

Dear contest holder, this is an interesting contest, however, would you write the list of rooms that you need? E.g. laundry room, maid room, maid bathroom, do you need a pool or not, does it 3 bedrooms for each storey or 3 bedroom for each plot?

Each unit will have:
1. Master bedroom with attached toilet and bath.
2. 2 bedrooms.
3. 1 toilet and bath (common).
4. 1 maid’s room.
5. Laundry room.
6. Living Room
7. Kitchen
8. Pantry
9. Dining room
