  There are a number of very talented people in this contest who generously give their time and take a chance on me. For all the genuine and high quality artists out there who don't win, I would like to let you know I am a very fair employer and all you will all receive a payment. I usually conduct contests by paying a lot of people who generously gave of their time and talent. You know who you are and I may have already spoken with a few of you but this will be a thank you payment you will receive after the contest. In the meantime, I am really looking for someone who can nail those 3 elements - unique rare concept, high quality colour finish and funny facial expressions/emotion. No one has quite nailed all 3 just yet.

I don't think it's fair for those who are talented and genuine to be giving their work away for free. More than 90% in this contest have copied work of other artists, so I am acutely aware of who is genuine and who isn't

  Hi guys, you should probably know that I am very clear what I am after and nearly hired an artist from this contest who ticked *ALL* the boxes and showed me what deserves to win this contest, so if you are wondering why no one has won this contest yet it is because I have seen outstanding work and I am now comparing everyone's work to that - if anyone meets or exceeds that, they will be hired in an instant. I know everyone thinks the works here are brilliant (and some are but missing some elements), but I have seen outstanding and now I can only hire at that level. The one thing they did that no one else could do was produce funny characters - every character was funny and unique. That's all I can say. It's a shame that person wasn't couldn't go on to be hired but the opportunity is now open to the next best applicant.

Alot of designers are lacking right colors according to you so If I want to participate I would like to understand every aspect of it clearly and then participate. Please respond. Thank you!

     Really good question. This is very difficult for me as there seems to be so many different types of colouring finishes you can do. Vector is just too basic - anything that is too basic, I can't hire. I can tell you that only 2 or 3 people so far have met this criteria for proper sophisticated colouring job.
