Contest Brief

I'm currently seeking a visual designer with a keen design eye for my movie poster redesign project. My primary goals are intricately twofold:

1. Enhance Visual Appeal: I'm looking for refreshed aesthetic and impactful visuals that can capture attention instantly.

2. Capture Movie Essence: The redesigned poster should encapsulate the fundamental spirit of the movie; thus, a nuanced understanding of visual storytelling would be preferred.

Key elements from the original poster such as the main characters images replaced with uploaded images and theme/color scheme should be seamlessly integrated into the new design. Moreover, I'm seeking an artist who can deftly weave emotions into their craft - in this case, excitement and suspense, are integral to nail the redesigned poster.

Ideal freelancers for this project should have significant experience in graphic design, preferably in the entertainment industry, and should be able to demonstrate a portfolio of similar projects. A critical understanding of cinematic aesthetics is a significant asset. Your creativity and originality are your best tools for this project. Movie poster size is 27" x 41", but must be high res for printing event banner size.
