Hello Contestants,

This is going to be a Tryout or Interview for an eBook on Super Foods for Diabetics I want written after this contest. So I would like 800-1000 words of original and professional quality, on Broccoli, plus 1 simple recipe, and 1 picture for this Tryout. I am trying to get to know your style of writing for more ebooks I need written in the future.

SO for this contest I will require:
- approx. 1 page (800-1000 words min.) about Broccoli the Super Food for Diabetics
- 1 simple recipe
- 1 Picture

I would like to develop a relationship with someone professional and reliable. So, AFTER this contest I may be looking to have you write a 12,000 word eBook continuing on other Super Foods for Diabetics and continue working together.
