Contest Brief

We have recently upgraded our website and now need to update our email broadcast template. Our specific requirements are:

a) An attractive Header and Footer consistent with the look of our website - www.go2gln.com
b) A header that will include icons reflecting "GLN Website", "Membership Application" and "Member Directory" that we can hyperlink to relevant web-pages..

Note that we use Mailerlite.com so will have to use their "Source code" facility to display the Headers and Footers on our email broadcasts. Therefore we need the above Header to be sliced and HTML provided.
