Project Overview This is not a booth design from scratch. We already have a fully designed 20' × 20' booth in 3ds Max. Your challenge is to adapt the existing booth into a 20' × 30' layout, preserving the current branding, materials, lighting, and overall design language. This is a continuity project. The objective is to make the booth feel like a natural extension of the existing design. Design Goal Use the additional 10 feet to incorporate three new consultation/demo areas for: POS WMS Accounting & Suppliers We are not looking for a complete redesign. We want to see the best way to integrate these new areas while maintaining visual continuity and an efficient visitor flow. Contest Submission Each participant should submit one layout proposal based on the existing booth, including: A top-down floor plan. At least one rendered perspective. A brief explanation of the layout concept. Winner's Scope The selected winner will then develop three different layout proposals based on the chosen concept, exploring different ways to position the three new demo areas while preserving the existing booth design. Final Deliverables (Winner Only) 3 layout proposals. Editable 3ds Max (.max) file. Editable Adobe Illustrator (.ai) files (if graphics are modified). High-resolution PDF renders of all three proposals. The existing 3ds Max file and a PDF reference of the current booth will be provided to all contestants.

This proposal adapts the existing Tire Base 20’ x 20’ booth into a natural 20’ x 30’ expanded layout while preserving the original orange, white, and black branding, central tower, curved backwall, materials, lighting, and overall visual language. The added 10 feet are used to create three dedicated consultation/demo zones for POS, WMS, and Accounting & Suppliers. The layout keeps the central brand feature visible from all angles, places demo counters and seating around the perimeter for easy access, and maintains an open visitor flow through the middle of the booth. The design is intended as a continuity extension, not a redesign, so the expanded booth feels like the same Tire Base environment with improved functionality and clearer product zoning. #34 by @abdullaha0624
