Contest Brief

I am looking for a skilled architect to design a contemporary farmhouse plan for me. The farmhouse should be large, ranging from 3500 to 4500 square feet in size. I already have an ideal of the building shape. I want your skilled expertise in planning the layout for the existing dimensions (Dimensions are flexible if you feel modifications are needed for betterment). We have thought of 2 Deck areas, One in the front and one in the back. The back deck is meant to be a scantuary style with trees. The front side is party area cum pool deck

I need to fit in the following:-
1) Master bedroom with Bathroom
2) Open Kitchen
3) 3 x Guest Bedrooms with Bathrooms
4) Large Dining cum Living / Entertainment room (Preferably in Center of the house)

Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in creating contemporary designs
- Ability to design a farmhouse with a modern and sleek aesthetic

Specific requirements:
- Incorporation of a swimming pool as a key feature in the farmhouse design

Please provide examples of your previous work in contemporary farmhouse design when submitting your proposal.

For the Given Area 3500 to 4500 SQF - this Area for the Building only or including landscaping because in the Attached drawing the given Area +8000 SQF

  Hello Ali. You are right! however the marked area of 8000 Sqft is the elevated region of the house platform. The house is almost like S shape as drawn which is roughly around 4000 Sqft. The other area with hatches are open deck beside pool and backyard. The elevated area will be about 5 feet higher than rest of the ground level

questions: 1) do you need a pool machine room and a shower and an outside kitchen/grill on the pool decks? 2) what do you mean by elevated area? is there some kind of a wall in the back of the pool? or is the house elevated by 5feet from the ground on that side?

  The pool room is not required in the plan but we require a shower and washroom on the exterior near the pool.
  
  What i mean elevated area is that the whole house including the deck and pool area is elevated about 5 feet from the ground surrounding the house
