Contest Brief

I will need 12 illustrations, as simple as possible, directly to the point, with no details, like the ones on Red Bull ads. We are a startup that want to democratize access to e-commerce platforms to a very disconnected audience. That's why we need simple illustrations, with not many details or colors, showing directly the idea of what we want to show in each of the illustrations. You are free to propose the best illustration to deliver each concept to our audience. We need your help!

I will try to get ONLY our FIRST illustration done in this contest model. The idea we want to share with our audience (and that must be shown in ONE ILLUSTRATION) is:

- Do not lose orders! Give your customer a better experience. - We are talking about small markets that receive orders by phone. Normally these markets they have someone that pickup the phone (normally they have 3 or 4 phones over a front desk), get the order (item by item), get the prices for the client (while the client waits on the phone for a few minutes), go back to the phone, tell all the prices to the client (while all the other phones are ringing). The same person who get the phone calls normally collect the items, put them in bags and separate to the delivery guy to deliver to the client, so they have to control all the bags that are being delivered without mistakes! Could you feel the drama?

We need the file in high and low (desktop website) resolution. The illustration must occupy a slightly horizontal rectangular area.

  I would like you to propose the image that best represents the message. It's only one simple image, like the ones in RedBull energy ring advertisement. Simple drawing with very few colors. The message is more important than details.
