Contest Brief

Chipsoft India is a software services firm, with a track record of over 30 years, based in NCR and having clients in India and abroad. We have recently developed a software platform for conducting digital Conferences and Exhibitions. The platform has been well received and we have hosted around 40 events on the platform already in the last three months. We are now planning to upgrade the UIUX for a second release.
We are looking for a long term relationship with one or more designers / design teams to work on this product on an ongoing basis.
With this in mind we are hosting a contest to design a screen showing a 'Grand Lobby'.
Visitors to a Virtual conference and exhibition will log in to our portal and see this screen first.
A. The log in screen will have
1. Name of the event
2. Event Dates
3. Facility to Login with user email and password
4. Short writeup

Grand Lobby screen will have the following features:
1. It will have the appearance of a grand convention center lobby.
2. It will show entrances / signage to various spaces like Conference, Exhibition, Meeting Rooms, Library etc.
3. There will be adequate spaces for branding like standees / banners to show sponsor logos / advertisements.
4. Event name may be displayed
5. There may be provision for an introductory video to be played optionally
6. A helpdesk with one or more attendants will be shown
7. Provide for additional optional features like links to give feedback, view leader board, download flyer/ brochure etc.
