Contest Brief

I need logo for navigation bar (next to text or with text)[.svg] and icon for the browser bar [.ico]
I am pretty much open to any suggestions on design.
Website will be hosted on "mzkskelbimai.lt", read as "mzk skelbimai", therefore keywords as "mzk", "mžk", "skelbimai" can be used in logo. I have also uploaded some pictures, first one is the symbol of the city and another is the flag of the country, it could be used as inspiration for color or shape.

I will be using Veutifyjs.com framework, therefore logo will go in to this toolbar: https://vuetifyjs.com/en/components/toolbars You will get extra points if you keep this in mind. Also consider their color pallet: https://vuetifyjs.com/en/style/colors
