I need a Responsive Website (PWA Preferred )

Theme of the website in the we(form) sight:

We digitize small businesses that are still to this day on the analog. We create online stores with our own delivery service.
(The website should only provide the sericve and contact possibility )

Design: It should be very colorful colors of hope. The page view should be a one page with cool animations and scrollefekt, let them run wild. Let their creativity run wild.
