Contest Brief

I need a logo for my institution, a counseling and research center.

Finally, what I want in the logo are as follows:
1- The logo should include the title KONYA AKŞEHİR REHBERLİK ARAŞTIRMA MERKEZİ or KONYA AKŞEHİR RAM; (which one do you think fits better)
2- Nasreddin Hodja figure (backwards sitting on his donkey: you can see examples in the attached files)
3- A symbol representing the theme FAMILY
4- A symbol representing the theme COMMUNICATION
