Contest Brief

We are hiring graphic designer for our website (UI/UX) and also prepare contents of website for video conferencing solution (Website).

Please find the solution specs below:

1- Video Conferencing Solution will host multi party calls from 5 users to 500 users .

2- Video Conferencing Solution will have chat and file transfer capability.

3- Video Conferencing Solution will have network states that will show signal strength like in skype .

4- Video Conferencing Solution will have screen sharing capability like in skype .

5- Users will be be able to join conference using a simple link or a meeting id.

6- Users will be able to create account or join conference as a guest when he will be invited.

7- Video Conferencing Solution will have contact listing like in skype.

8- There will be also a admin panel from where server can be control i.e user accounts ,server stats .

9- Video Conferencing Solution will have capability to record meeting

10-Video Conferencing Solution will let users to schedule meetings on a certain date.

11-Video Conferencing Solution will also display the presence of the users like in skype and whatsApp .

12-Conferencing Solution will have screen control capability.

13- Conferencing Solution will have ability to share youtube video in the conference.

15- For each conference will have optional lock conference option which lets the users to set
password on the conference so only users that password will be able join via link and conference Id.

16-conference history .

18- settings window in which user can set camera microphone and resolution settings.

19- controlling audio volume of each participant.

20- Pricing of product.

21- Configuration based on DB.
