Contest Brief

I want to create a design to promote a BRAND for a leadership group. "The person likes colorful stuff". I want to be able to use it at anything (mugs, bags, t-shirts, ext). I want it done in photoshop element 15 compatible version.
The design has to say, "I LOVE MPOWER ." This is going to be to promote a leadership empowerment group.
