Contest Brief

I would like a house floor plan completed. I would like internal and external design. I would like the house to be modern with lots of glass and lots of light. I would also like it to have the following:
1. 6000-10,000 sq ft.
2. Elevator
3. Theatre
4. 5 bedroom 7 bathtoom
5. Library/office
6. 2 but preferably 3 or more stories.
7. Minimum 4 car garage.

I like unique designs.
Winning bid will also get a bonus payment at completion.
