Contest Brief

I need an icon design to use in an application and eventually as a logo for a technology company working in the real estate field.
I only need the concept design of the icon, this is why a brand name is not provided.

The icon must meet the following design criteria.

- Minimal or Minimalist.
- Simple.
- Cleansed.
- Attractive
- Modern
- Recognizable

And it must convey to the public the following sensations

- Easy to use
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Real estate (if possible avoid excessive use of the shape of a house, roof, or window typical of the logos of this type of market niche, although the good use of these would be welcome if you present a great idea)

The color palette is attached. (the color palette can be varied but if that is the case it must be consistent with the original color palette)

Entries can be submitted in digital design or sketch.
NO MOCKUPS. The use of 3d mockups, walls, engravings, printing simulations, etc., is not a real reference to your design. The use of mockups is considered unprofessional and your entry will not be considered.
If you see fit, you can add your watermark.
If you win, you will have to give up all rights to the image. Do not use stock images or images copied from the internet or you will be disqualified.

I want to thank everyone who has participated so far and I greatly appreciate the time they have invested in this contest. Unfortunately, I do not have a higher budget for this project to better reward your efforts.
I would like to make some clarifications for those who enter new and also for those who want to send new entries and increase their chances.
1) I am not looking for a finished logo, I am looking for a concept idea that will eventually become a logo.
2) The outlines for the concept are:
Technological solutions for real estate agents.
Teamwork.
Easy to use.
Useful and efficient.
3) Most of the designs are icons based on the shape of a house, this is fine, but if you move away from the concept of house and present a conceptual idea that abstractly represents the outlines I mentioned before, this is much better .
4) The coherence of the forms. Minimal and abstract does not equal nonsense! The shapes have to have a meaning. For example: three points can represent teamwork: If there were only two they would be a couple, but three is the minimum amount for a team. And if all three dots are the same color, this may represent that team members have common interests. If I wanted to represent a community, I would use 4 or 5 interconnected or related elements. Depending on how the shapes are distributed, it can give a sense of movement indicating that it is a dynamic community. If I use different colors in each element, this can be interpreted as a community with varied interests and identities. With these examples that I am giving I do not mean that you send designs with three points. What I mean is that the shapes you use in your designs have to have a conceptual meaning, otherwise it would be useless.
5) Please include an explanation of your design. I absolutely check all the entries. If I do not leave a comment on your post, rest assured that I have reviewed it but it has not caught my interest.
6) 3d mock-ups, walls, printing simulations, will be rejected.
