Contest Brief

I have created a cartoon show and I need a few more characters created.
Character 1
Detective Goodell - Very handsome Dark haired white man. He wears black dress pants, a grey dress shirt with his sleeves rolled up and a black tie. He also wears his Badge on his belt. He has a very arrogant look on his face with his hands in his pocket.

Character 2
Granny - She is a very short old lady with a walking cane. She wears reading glasses and has grey hair.

I would like both characters created as separate entries modeling the animation style of the picture attached
