Contest Brief

We are a home financing company set to change the way people buy homes in Asia, starting in Vietnam. With real estate prices soaring with some areas seeing a growth of 22% in just this last year, and banks interest rates floating around 11%, homeownership is becoming unattainable for millennials and young families. Our business is tackling this problem by Co-investing in a house with you and charging rent on the portion that we own. The more money you put down the less rent you pay. I have attached some of our marketing material to explain in more detail.

What we need is a 1-2 minute infographic video explaining our startup and benefits to investors or first home buys. Ideally the video will be voiced with an American, English, Australian accent.

The video is to include some statistics on the millennial home ownership crisis in Asia, as well as how our product is a better alternative to a mortgage with a bank and even renting.

I will be available at any time to assist with questions or help you clarify what we are after.

I am writing a script as this has been frequently asked, It should be ready by Monday. I do not have a professional voice yet. if this is something you need I can arrange once this script is done.

Please forgive me if this seems unorganised, this is the first time I am producing anything like this and learning along the way.

  Thanks for the answer. Just to get a good result, we need to know exactly what to animate, and not try ours ideas at random. If you give a script, you will have a better chance of getting a good job.
