Contest Brief

This contest has two sub-projects in it so that I can make the prize money worthwhile.

Project 1
Custom Signature Panel
The goal is to make a minature version of something like [login to view URL]

1st Part:-
Make a web-page that can:-
-Accept a PDF or DOC\DOCX file to upload.
-Convert it to PNG based on the browser resolution. Then show the PNG in the browser (supporting multi-pages)
-The admin can make a square outline where the signature should appear and where the date should appear and other squares for more variables.
-As an alternative to a square - the user can drag a small PNG to a place over the document- which represents where the signature goes.

2nd Part
Now another user can visit an associated page - scroll through the PNG document (which is sized according to viewport) and then add their signature.
Three options exist for adding the signature. Either by:-
-Uploading an image file
-A signature pad
-Typing it in a custom font.

For signature pad - use this [login to view URL]
For custom font - it must support any font that has been uploaded to the server. There will be 25 available fonts so it should use images when the user is selecting a font and then download the font in real-time.

Also - any other fields that were made in the 1st part can be set as an tooltip with input form element.

The user clicks a button and the PDF must re-render and produce a new PNG for display.

This might also help: [login to view URL]

Project 2 - Coach mark overlays
Adapt or find a JS library that enables instructional overlays as per the image below. One example is [login to view URL]
But please try to use [login to view URL] which is more mature code.
The key is to be able to make the curved arrows, circle icons, angled text, and custom font.

Is there any specific requirement that the back-end must be written in a certain language only? I wish to use node.JS for the same and I hope it's doable with you.
