Let me help you get your life back! It’s time to listen to your body – and I’m here to help! I’m Dilshad, a Registered Acupuncturist, Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Holistic Nutritionist. I make people feel great and connect them with their untapped potential. I do it through a series of wellness therapies ranging from active soft tissue therapy, a variety of acupuncture systems to bring their body back into balance and nutritional/lifestyle guidance to achieve peak performance. My goal is to teach and treat people on how to live pain-free, prevent injury/illness and optimize their performance so they can get the most out of every day. I’m consistent and deliberate in my approach and teach my patients to approach their life the same. My end goal is to help improve the quality of your life!
