Basically, Which logo would I use that no matter what color background I put it on it will be visible and work?

You have given me many logos and mock-ups and I appreciate that very much. But I have one last question.
Which of these logos would I use if I were to go to
    www.queensboro.com
to make a shirt? or if I went to
    www.vistaprint.com
    to make a business card?

Is there a clear logo or something specific that I would use?

    Thank You

Your logo is your drawing. And this drawing will be vectorial. Vectorial means you can use this drawing from 0,001 in to 1000 in or higher with good quality. For example you need a bilboard ad and bilboard sizes are 200x300 in. Vectorial drawing of your logo will meet your need.

Sorry for asking so many questions but what forms of the logo would I receive? Vectorial, .jpg, .png?
