Contest Brief

UPDATE
I love everyone's idea of combining the diamond and the suit and tie into each other, however the ucrrent entries for this are not completely up to mark (the diamonds needs to be shiny and have more detail)
If doing this idea, perhaps the colors should be shiny white and black, as diamonds are white.
If in the diamond, the man could be adjusting the tie to convey style, that would work best. Something like in Tie.jpg
(note, do not include facial elements)

Hi Freelancers! Looking forward to working with you.
I need a logo designed for a soon to be launched blog LuxuryExec.

The blog is a lifestyle blog, documenting the luxury/executive lifestyle, and will be very similar in concept too:
http://www.executivestyle.com.au/
AND
http://www.luxuo.com/

Although luxury and executive are similar concepts, I would still like both to be conveyed in the logo, as this name was chosen as a fusion of the too.

For instance, exec could be conveyed by something like Exec.jpg
And luxury by say a diamond like in luxury.jpg

How you do this doesn't matter.

Or the concepts could be combined, yet still represented. Like an executive wearing a luxury watch?

To seperate the ideas of luxury and executive, perhaps each word should have a distinct color. Like gold for luxury and black for exec. Then the representative symbols for each word could share the same color as their associated word.
