Company Info

Iron Point Mortgage helps families borrow the money they need to acquire a home. They are not a bank themselves, but they are a broker that can provide lending programs to homebuyers. They can also help homeowners to refinance their home. This usually means the homeowner gets a new loan at a lower interest rate. This saves them money.

The goal of the logo is to make the company look smart, established, effective, and professional.

This logo will be used in print, on the web, and will be stitched onto clothes and hats. It must work when small - on a business card. It must also work when large - on the side of a truck.

The service areas that will Iron Point Mortgage provides are:
- Home Mortgages
- Refinancing Mortgages

Target Market
The target market is people who want to get a home loan or are refinancing their existing loan.

Further requirements
The logo needs to:
- Spell out the words Iron Point Mortgage in full.
- Be simple. Do not overcomplicate.
- Logo must stand out. The design must be clear and easy to identify through the design itself and through the use of color.
- The typography must convey a professional brand and values.
- We do not want to see cartoon type fonts or imagery.
