Logo Design for The Duke Office Development

  Client wants it to be similar to The New Yorker style of logo (full logo with the guy in it, not just the typeface).
  
  *Please have an image of a man, similar to the one The New Yorker uses, in your submission.*
  
  It's an old historical building so he wants that type of feel for the logo.
  
  Text doesn't need to say more then The Duke on it.

     Its for a specific real estate development, not a company, the project is called "The Duke". So we just want "The Duke".
