Contest Brief

I need a logo designed for an apartment building. Name: The LOLA.  Located at 1221 South Congress in Austin, Texas. The LOLA will be luxury apartments in a modern, cool, mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. The project is located in the heart of South Congress Avenue – Austin’s most vibrant restaurant and retail corridor. It is part of a 9.5-acre site that is very open. Name does not have to be in caps. Could include: 'The LOLA Luxury Apartments', or 'The LOLA at South Congress', or 'The LOLA Apartments'.

Austin is a music centric, outdoor focused, creative place. Inspirational venues on South Congress include the Saint Cecilia and San Jose Hotels, Perlas Restaurant and the South Congress Hotel.
