Contest Brief

Hello, we need a logo for our website. The website is a learning platform about trading on the stock market.

The name
The website has the name Goldesel. It’s german and literally means “gold” “donkey”. It’s a synonym which comes close to the english equivalent of a “cash cow”.

A Goldesel (gold donkey)/cash cow is something which makes stable and predictable profits once it’s set up.

The target group
The target group is mostly male, 20-30 years old and affine to the stock market and social media (generation Y/Z).

Attributes of the Logo
The logo should express reliability and seriousness. So please no Logos in a cartoon-style

Appearance of the Logo
The logo should include a Donkey, Gold and something related to stock markets (e.g. a chart)

Design ideas
- A coin with a stock market chart and a donkey climbing on it
- A donkey climbing on a stock market chart


Other requirements for the logo
- The dimensions of the logo should be (1000px x 1000px)
- The main color of the Logo should contain the color green (Hex code: #00a99d) and not more than 3 colors in total
- The logo can be round, but it’s not a must
- The logo should work and look good as a social media profile picture (for example Twitter or Instagram) which is round
- It should have a transparent background
- The logo should work on dark and bright background colors of the content
- A vector file must me provided
- If you are using a Font, we need the file of the font-type as well
- Please don’t use copyrighted assets when you make the logo
