Contest Brief

I would like someone to make a label using New Age Tattoo type graphics for a cotton candy e-liquid that we are manufacturing. This would be for a label, and then commissioned to due packaging. The name of the liquid is Cotton Clouds. Cartoon styled, but geared for adults not children. I would like a New Age Character eating or holding the cotton candy.
