Contest Brief

I'm a lawyer and a need a 4x6 size postcard that I can handout and/or mail to colleagues I meet at networking events. The card needs to be simple (nothing over the top) and modern, but classic, encompassing the following:
1. the attached photo,
2. attached logo (either color combination).
3. my contact information (see website www.lhodgeslaw.com),
4. my award badges (on website),
5. and fit the same feel/ color combination of my website (see my website at www.lhodgeslaw.com).

The template is below so you can see that I need a space for my address on the back of the postcard and a place for the receiver's info.
