A morning of meditation, breathwork, mindful beauty session, sacred sounds and guided relaxation.

- Learn how to create a daily self care ritual that relaxes the mind, cleanses the skin and allows you to connect with your body at a deeper level for transformative healing
- Learn the Dr. Alkaitis Gua Sha protocol for a holistic facial treatment that will lift, tone and hydrate the skin for a clearer, more youthful wrinkle free complexion.
- Receive Guided Meditations for Grounding, Opening Your Heart Chakra & Breathwork for Centering

Elizabeth Polanco: Licensed Holistic Esthetician, Vibrational Sound Healer, Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, and owner of Au Naturale Spa and Wellness

Ramona Crabtree-Falkner: Reiki Master, Spiritual Guidance Coach & E-RYT 500

I will need the following promotional marketing materials:
1. Flyer for social media (Formats: FB, Instagram, TikTok, FB story, IG story)
2. Cover Image for Eventbrite and FB events (Same size as You Tube Thumbnail)
3. 4X6 flyer (printable to give out to customers)

I need someone who is going to help me put the marketing materials in a clear, concise and enticing way so we can get a great turnout. Information needs to be very appealing, informative but not too cluttered. Someone who can take my information and putting it together for the intended audience would be the ideal candidate. Utilize our logo and the pictures provided in the submissions. Must include a submission for each request to win (flyer for social media, cover image for FB event, Flyer 4X6 for printable option
