I already have full architectural drawings for my new build and now need photorealistic 3D images to bring the spaces to life. The focus is on a modern aesthetic throughout: • Wet areas: main bathroom, ensuite and laundry • Kitchen (island, joinery and walk-in pantry) • Exterior street-front and rear elevation My plans spell out the layout, materials and finishes, so your task is to translate those into high-quality visuals. Please dress each view with the specified furniture and appliances, show realistic lighting and fixtures, and give the exterior context with simple yet polished landscaping. Preferred workflow: anything you are comfortable with—Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, etc.—as long as the final stills are crisp, true to the drawings and delivered in 4K PNG/JPEG. Deliverables 1. At least one hero render per listed space, plus two exterior views (front and back). 2. Source files in case I need small tweaks before sign-off. 3. Two rounds of minor revisions included. I will supply the PDFs, finish schedule and reference photos once we start. Let me know your estimated turnaround and showcase a couple of similar modern interiors you’ve rendered recently so I can see your style matches mine.

Hello, Thank you for sharing the project details. I have a couple of questions before submitting my proposal: 1. Could you please let me know the total built-up area (in sq. ft. or m²) of the project? 2. Do you already have a 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.), or will the model need to be created from the architectural PDF drawings? 3. Are there any preferred render viewpoints, or should I suggest the best camera angles for each space? Thank you. I look forward to your response.

I am working on it but can only submit 1 entry, i can do further editing if you can drop a message in my chat directly. freelancer has kinda shut small freelancers out and limited number of entries as well. one last thing i would want to know is what is inside the house. sometimes people like to see the groto of mother mary from their living room etc
