Multi Level Residential Building Design OVERVIEW This structure is to come up on a 35 feet wide east facing plot with 70 feet depth. Currently a 1980s built row house (ground floor), it will be replaced with a multi level residential structure with stilt parking on ground + three independent residential level + an open roof. L0 – Stilt parking with two entrances from the road (one each on the northeast and southeast side), underground water tank and green spaces at the front and back. Shares side walls with houses on North and South. Two bottle palm trees stand tall outside the plot in the green belt adjoining the road. L1, L2, L3 – Each an independent residential level of 3 BHK and a 7 ft dia* cylindrical glass atrium / lightwell in the middle. 14 ft setback at front and back including 6 ft balconies on each side. * Note the attached hand sketch shows atrium to be 9’, this has been changed. L4 – Open roof with a mumpty, utility rooms, glass conical cover for atrium opening in the middle and terrace garden. Staircase – Exterior, integrated with cutout openings in the balcony (see indicative images generated with Gemini AI. Not completely accurate. Also see clarification below). Interiors – Santorini styled with curved walls, vaults / domes (as a structural feature built using light weight infill material like geofoam). Attachments: Images of Santorini style construction, hand drawn sketch to scale (each square = 2.5 sq ft); Balcony integrated staircase. REQUIREMENTS 2D or 3D floor plans - L0, L1, L4 - 3 to 4 revisions - Source files 3D Exterior - Whole building façade - Source files 3D Interior Views - Living room with atrium, prayer, study, meditation sections - Single wall Kitchen + island (see clarification note below) - Bedrooms - Toilet - Bath - Walk-in Closet - Source files PREFERENCES: Welcome to use design platforms like 5D floor planner, Cohoom etc. IMPORTANT - No AI or minimal AI tools are used. CLARIFICATIONS: A few important details 1. In the hand drawn floor plan dotted lines in the living room on the left represent glass partition. Part or all of it may be sliding / folding. 2. Kitchen is conceived as single wall kitchen with option to make it hidden with a roll down or sliding cover / partition if necessary. 3. Kitchen island in the middle is shown as 6 ft wide. This is to be changed to 2.5 - 3 ft wide with sink at one end (can also be hidden with a cover) and rest of it serving as dining space with chairs lined on both sides. 4. Rooftop cylindrical atrium opening to be conical (not pyramid as originally described by error) 5. Each Balcony in L1, L2 and L3 to have one staircase opening to reach the level on one end and a staircase to exit the level on the other end. As you go from L0 to L1 you climb up and emerge through an opening towards NORTH side of balcony (as in the Gemini image) and from L1 to L2 (ignore Gemini image), you walk across to the other end of the balcony and climb up the staircase towards SOUTH side and so on alternating on each level. Finally, please stick to the provided design. Minor deviations in dimensions are alright but ask if you'd like to propose major changes. And do take your time. There's no rush to submit, I will accept entries through the entire project duration to choose a winner. Thanks!

hello contest holder, there is a lot of AI entries, why you do not make follow-up of your contest to reject them? by failing to do so it seem you are like not serious with your project, by rejecting AI entries you will make a room for true designers and it will be easy to see true work
