Contest Brief

Create a PPT presentation for client demo capturing complete Project Delivery walkthrough articulating the steps taken within each stage starting from Project Initiation to Closure based on the following scenario:

You have kicked off a new project to help your client personalize user experience on their web portals. The entire project spans a period of a couple of months and involves a design agency (ABC Designs), a development partner (My Company), and the end client(XYZ Inc.).
We want to create awareness and align both internal (My Company development team) & external (ABC Designs & XYZ inc.) and stakeholders."

(Candidate having Project Management/Project Consulting experience will be preferred.)
