I need a very eye appealing page created for our future contractors/employees created in a similar style, best of luck and I look forward to your entries!!

Once this is finished I will be designing a landing page for this form with all the info about what we offer and why someone should go with us over another cleaning company, kinda working backwards but I just want you guys to know where I'm at with the project so it makes complete sense to you.
