Contest Brief

Hi, I am looking for someone to produce a professional clear and clean looking document where items for products and services are offered.

I also need this document to be in a format where I can add a series of checkboxes for the services and be signed electronically by the customer.

This job will require some web research and ideally you have an understanding of IT services.

I have the main parts of the document but if you feel there is something more that should be added, please be proactive on this. Also in the works is a design of other products and services I offer. Looking for someone to consider doing ad-hoc/ongoing as needed work.

Text to include:

<My Company> will never disclose or release any information collected to any 3rd Party unless permission has been expressly provided by the customer or required by law.

Where practical, all credentials collected, stored and used are encrypted by 256-AES protection.

<My Company> will monitor, maintain and ensure that backup the following services occur, every 4 – 6 hours:

Microsoft 365 (Apps & Email)*
Documents on your PC/Mac
Complete System Backup
Excess data cost
Perhaps include office logo’s on the left hand margin of the page.

Service Fees: $95/hr Onsite including travel, then $80/hr remote or per project price.
