Contest Brief

I need a logo created for a new element for a very large oil and gas tradeshow. We are adding four podcast teams to broadcast live from the show this year and are calling it PBIOS Podcast Party. I am attaching the current logo as an ai file. I would like to use the elements in this logo and incorporate and introduce podcast elements and a brighter color palette. The icon on this logo is called Fred The Head. I am thinking some options might incorporate headphones on Fred and maybe a microphone with some party elements like confetti or something. These are just ideas and I am open to other options. Once awarded, I would like to have the winning design as an ai or eps file, a jpeg and png file.

Apparently I did not communicate what I needed very clearly. I want to use elements of the logo that was attached as an ai file. That includes the font and the icon of the head in a hard hat. The event that the logo is being created for is PBIOS PODCAST PARTY. Fred the Head is an icon and one of the elements i would like included in the logo. Fred the Head is NOT the name of the event that the logo is being created for. I am attaching different screen shots of the logo and how it has been used. I am also attaching just the Fred the Head icon. All of these elements can be pulled from the original ai file. I want to incorporate some podcast elements - like headphones and/or a microphone Plus a more festive color palette. Something that looks like a party. I am attaching some examples. There are some examples attached. I know that the creative level will be limited to some degree by having to utilize the font and the icon and I understand that.
