I need a single, highly realistic 3D visualisation that shows how a new landscaped zone will look once complete. You will receive the exact site dimensions, photos of the existing house and views of neighbouring properties; please use them to place every object in correct scale and perspective so the finished image feels as if it were shot on location. The space must clearly include an enclosed cat sanctuary (Sizes and configuration can be recommended by artist), on the backing on the first or second sliding door or both so that the cats may come in and out of this space, also a small Religious Grotta similar to the inspiration photo, four picnic table sets, raised garden beds and a rich border of plants. Realism is paramount: natural lighting, believable materials and accurate shadows are what I will be judging first. The whole area—not just one feature—needs to read convincingly as a single, welcoming backyard. The cat sanctuary should have an enclosed area for the cats to sleep in as well. The size of the sanctuary does not necessarily have to be the size as depicted in the image. It can be half that size if works better. The grotto should have a statue of the Virgin Mary and the statue should be a minimum height of 1.2 metres. The grotto can either be stand alone or walk in like a small cave. I am also open to it having a water feature attached to it, perhaps a tricking pond or waterfall. The picnic chairs/table setup can be conveniently located in proximity of the grotto to allow for social gatherings in this space. Open to have a depiction of people within this area to give it more perspective. Example of picnic table is attached herein. The overall dimensions of the area which needs to be designed is enclosed herein. It is preferred that within the cat sanctuary there is timber decking on the floor. For the remainder of the space, i am open to suggestion from grass to pebble paths etc. The fence on the sides shall be constructed from wood as per photographs. Once this render is finished a further 2 renders will be sought of the backyard and the side yard on a different contest, but preferable to stick with the same designer if possible. Deliverables • One high-resolution render (JPEG/PNG) covering the full scene, ready for print or presentation. • The native 3D file (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, etc.) Acceptance criteria: the render respects all supplied dimensions, every listed feature is present and recognisable, textures look lifelike, and the image is crisp enough for an A3 print. I will provide prompt feedback and additional reference photos if you need them while polishing the final look.

I am working on it but can only submit 1 entry, i can do further editing if you can drop a message in my chat directly. freelancer has kinda shut small freelancers out and limited number of entries as well. one last thing i would want to know is what is inside the house. sometimes people like to see the groto of mother mary from their living room etc

Your project needs more than an attractive garden concept. It needs a render that genuinely feels built on your existing property.
