Political Style Cartoons (first one described here)

Contest Brief

Need a number of political-style illustrations to quickly explain concepts. I hope to pick an artist whose work fits the style I want, then do another 4 illustrations.
The first one is a real estate agent (male, to avoid unwanted backlash) labeled as the "Neighborhood Expert" depicted as a waiter with a "Good Buy" on his service tray, straining to deliver it to the buyer, but unable to do so because he is being restrained. The agent has a golden collar, with golden chains holding him back, held by male and female hands belonging to
a. The broker (female)
b. The team leader (male)
c. The seller (female)
d. Other neighborhood home owners (mixed... say 3 sets of hands)

The concept is that the Neighborhood Expert CANNOT deliver the buyer a "Good Buy" because of all the financial restraints that prevent the recognized neighborhood expert from doing so. (The follow-on thought is that the buyer needs his own trusted broker.)

Hello, I am considering entering the contest. A few questions... What kind of tone are you looking for; is it supposed to be comical (perhaps the agent straining is exaggerated/funny and aims to bring out a chuckle?), neutral (cartoony characters, but no too exaggerated gestures or expressions), serious (the agent's straining is realistic and a real problem for him and atmosphere is serious)? Any other direction about the tone?

Should the buyer be depicted in the illustration as well?

  Sorry... missed your input/question. Idea is a sophisticated-looking agent, earnestly trying to deliver a good buy to the buyer. However, the reality is that s/he is NOT free to do this, no matter what his/her desires may be. Sort of a "suspicions confirmed" expose like a political cartoon. Although the deadline is near, I don't have a favorite among submitted ideas, so I am still open to a sketch. I omitted "Judge" as a restrainer (recent legal cases have made it still harder for the dominant neighborhood real estate company to properly represent the BUYER, because of relationships with the SELLER). Buyer illustration not necessary... the Realtor can be trying to deliver to the viewer, but is being held back by "Golden Chain" (ie financial interests of others) to the direct rear and rear-right and rear-left.

  Sorry... missed your input. Although the deadline is almost upon us, I don't not have a favorite of any delivered sketches, so I am still open. Style is like a high end magazine cartoon where the Neighborhood Expert Realtor is trying to deliver to the viewer (no buyer element in drawing is OK). Sort of a sophisticated political -style cartoon exposing "Suspicions Confirmed" realty.
