<Technology Description>
This technology is used to regulate operation requests when remotely operating in-vehicle devices (doors, windows, ignition switches, etc.) using a user's mobile terminal (smartphone, PC, etc.). These operation requests are not sent directly from the mobile terminal to the vehicle, but are relayed by the center.
　One of the difficulties in remotely controlling a vehicle is that it is difficult to execute all the operation requests. One example is a situation where multiple mobile terminals send operation requests to the same in-vehicle device at approximately the same time. More specifically, if an operation request to open the door is made from mobile terminal B during the execution of a door locking request made from mobile terminal A, the door cannot be unlocked because it is not locked, and the operation request from mobile terminal B cannot be executed.
　To solve this problem, the center regulates all operation requests from mobile terminals and vehicle status information (e.g., whether the door is unlocked or locked at the time of the operation request). The vehicle sends the vehicle status information to the center, and the center determines whether the vehicle-mounted equipment can be remotely operated based on the vehicle status information. If the operation of the in-vehicle equipment based on the previous operation request has not been completed, a new operation will not be performed. This enables appropriate remote control of in-vehicle equipment even when multiple operation requests are received.
