Contest Brief
EDIT #1: I've uploaded some more image elements which could be used at your discretion. A winner could certainly be somebody who may use these elements as inspiration to develop these further or even create new elements which are incorporated into the landing page design.
I need the main page of my website designed with a slick, clean, streamlined, and professional design. This is also known as the product landing page.
You do not need to code the website design... I'm simply seeking the design itself. I'll have it translated into the website code. As a result I need any and all source files you may use in your design.
The website is selling only one specific product. It is a disposable phone charger which has specific features that customers will use.
The current website landing page is located at www.pocketcharge.com.au and the password to enter the website is "millions". I've also attached a screenshot of this main page.
NOTE: The other pages are not in scope for a redesign... the main landing page is the only one I need designed professionally.
The primary colours I'd like incorporated are:
- #eaaa00: this is a mustard colour which the product is designed as.
- #00629b: this is a blue colour which is similar to the iPhone SMS/messaging blue bubble.
These are the two primary branding colours that we're using. Please consider these as part of your design.
You must consider our existing branding when designing this new product landing page... this doesn't mean having to reuse everything on the page. We'd actually like to see new elements created that tie back into the overboard, or using pictures that are relevant.
It'd also be good if we can incorporate the "features" of the product somewhere on the main page, as well as examples of "how" the product could be used. I don't currently like how this is designed right now on the sample screenshot/website URL above.
The text on the page is written in a "first person" style from the point of view of the device itself... essentially giving it a personality.
I'd like to hear your ideas of other things to include on this page! The idea of the messaging bubbles could be used in some slick manner too... would like to see what your thoughts are on this.
