I need a GREAT LOOKING BOOK COVER FOR MY DADS BOOK. He sent me the following description and the picture below for reference. READ CAREFULLY. Do your best to incorporate as much as you can..

"I had always imagined a shot, from the customer side of the bar, of a Las Vegas poker video machine showing a video poker game where the gambler/bar patron has drawn the 10,Jack,King, and Ace of Spaces (could be any suit), and a 3 of diamonds (could be any low card). In looking at the video poker machine, you can see the word "HELD" above or below each card that he retains before he draws. On the other side of the bar is the video poker machine showing the ALMOST royal straight flush with a curvy, beautiful woman, in some kind of cleavage revealing, low neck line top.
