  If you can output in .mov (Quicktime) format - the server seems prepared at least to accept it. If not - or you can't - might I suggest uploading to YouTube and posting the link until the technical problems can be sorted...? Probably worth the shot.

Hello. You do realise you've set this thing to accept MOV, MPEG, FLV, AVI only, don't you? They're all video formats. Audio files aren't being accepted. If you want MP3 you're going to have to alter the upload settings your end to audio files.
