I have had to repost this project on the advice of freelancer, due to problems with set up

I have attached a file "Gazza" which shows an example of something which I wish to create on our cnc mount cutter.
I am also attaching a file "James" which is a hand drawn sketch of the similar result I wish to achieve.
It consists of two layer of mountboard , 900mm x 800mm (eg one red / one white ) which together form the
mount for this picture framing project of a child's sport's jersey and hurley.
I need these created in corel draw and saved as both a corel file and a .plt file, so that they can be used on our cnc mount cutter.

The main window mount opening is nominally 700mm x 600mm.....with radius corners.

The top white mount has an opening of 700mm x 600mm .......with the numbers "2012" attached (60mm height)
to the bottom right hand corner, as shown ....protruding no farther than 200mm from the opening corner, as shown in sketch.
When the cnc cutter cuts this opening it will cut the large window opening and the numbers, creating a single piece.

The bottom red window mount has a slightly smaller opening of 694mm x 594mm (to reveal a 3mm red surface when placed under
the top white mount.) It has the larger (100mm high) letters "James" attached to the lower left hand corner of the mount opening...
...protruding no farther than 350mm from the opening corner as shown.
