I’m refreshing the faceplate of a punch-out time clock and need a logo that reads “CIG 45” with a distinctly retro, vintage feel—think worn, slightly distressed edges and authentic age, not a polished throwback. I’d like the type to be the hero, but supported by subtle icons or symbols that reinforce the old-school industrial vibe rather than distract from it. Because the artwork will be screen-printed, it must be built as clean vector paths in Adobe Illustrator; no raster effects or flattened text. Deliverables I’ll sign off on: • Layered .AI file (CS6 or later) with editable text and symbols • One flat .EPS and one .SVG for production • A PDF proof showing the design on a mock time-clock face for context I’m wide open on colour; once I see your concept I can decide whether to keep it monochrome or introduce a limited vintage palette. Accuracy to the grungy, time-worn aesthetic and true vector craftsmanship will be the key acceptance criteria.

I can give CIG 45 the authentic industrial character this brief calls for, not just apply a generic vintage filter. I have 4 years of design experience and can create a custom typography-led identity with carefully controlled vector distressing and subtle time-clock details.
