Ribbon Cutting Advertisment Design

Contest Brief

Final file must be in .psd format so that I can edit all of the layers later, it must be 300+ dpi and 4.25 inches wide by 5.5 inches high
Ad is to get companies to use us to do their ribbon cutting for their grand opening of a new store.
Many ribbon cutting graphics online are red, but our ribbon is blue, and our scissors are green, so if you could keep our colors that would be good.
Ad must include our logo (attached)
