Contest Brief

Need an animation/video advertisement of around 30 seconds, or more, about our property management company based in India.
Be creative and original about the work and make sure the voice over doesnt sound robotic.
Please provide any other sample work you have done earlier as well.

One idea, at a high level, for the video. You can come up with your own ideas too.

Owner at airport ready to go abroad, but not sure what to do with the house key.
Raksha comes in , owner handsover the key and then goes away peacefully.

Raksha means protection.

I think whiteboard animation is not suitable. Please look into animation similar to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0URuIXEpCJQ with voice over if possible.
